Have you ever eaten alone at a restaurant?
Not takeout on the couch. A real restaurant. A table set for one.
The first time, you feel like everyone is looking at you. They’re not. But it takes a while to learn that, and it takes even longer to enjoy the meal.
Building a startup as a solo founder feels exactly like that.
I know because I’ve done it. I built a re-commerce app, built brand partnerships, vibe-coded the MVP, conducted customer interviews, managed a team of 7, faced a bad co-founder breakup, raised a friends and family round, and made so many mistakes along the way.
Throughout that journey, I never found a safe space for me. A place where I could share what I couldn’t share with my employees or my partner. A place where I could ask the dumb questions like “Which platform should I choose to start building my content?”
So now I am building a community for solo founders. A place where you can share the things you can’t share anywhere else. A place where you can learn from other founders. A place where you are accountable. A place where you can get honest feedback. Every. Single. Time.
What you get here
Articles
On Tuesdays, Vibe Coding Lab. I build something real that I need as a founder and show you exactly how I did it, so you can steal it.
On Fridays, one of two things. Unfair Advantage, where a solo founder shares the real numbers and real decisions behind what worked. Or an essay about the hard middle of building. The things I wish someone had told me.
Every post is free to read. But the downloadable resource is only for paid subscribers.
Community
Roundtables where founders get real about one specific topic. After Hours where you say the things you can’t say anywhere else. These two rooms are for founding members only. Expert sessions are open to all paid subscribers, live and recorded. And the Table for One Slack is where we build together between events.
Every two weeks, I introduce founding members by hand to a founder worth knowing. Someone one step ahead of you, or someone who already made the mistake you’re about to make.
Resources
Every skill file and template from Vibe Coding Lab, downloadable, growing every week. The exact playbook followed by each founder I interview for Unfair Advantage. All of it lives in the Playbook Vault, so you never have to hunt for a download again.
Membership
There are two ways to sit at this table.
Paid subscriber, $12 a month or $120 a year: you get everything I make. The Playbook Vault with the real playbook behind every Unfair Advantage interview. The full Vibe Coding Lab skill library with lifetime updates. The Table for One Slack. Expert sessions, live and recorded. And the paid section of every post.
Founding member, $240 a year: you get the people. Everything in paid, plus the members-only Roundtables and After Hours, a founder intro made by hand every two weeks, and a 1:1 teardown of your startup with me every year. 25 seats, and you have to apply. It’s for solo founders who have shipped something people can use or buy.
And the best thing that will happen to you? Ninety days in, you will have shipped more, made fewer avoidable mistakes, and stopped carrying all of it alone.
Because being a solo founder doesn’t mean you have to build alone.
